For those of you who were not able to attend the AGM on November 21, 2017, the Board would like to provide a few highlights from the meeting:
- Condo Fees: Condo fees are to remain the same as 2017, namely $360 for the year. Invoices for condo fees have been sent.
- Snow Plowing of Road: The membership approved a motion to hire a contractor to plow the road. The cost of the plowing will be tracked and forwarded to the MD/Developer for reimbursement.
- 2018 Board of Directors: Your elected Board of Directors for 2018 are:
- President – Lance Armstrong
- Secretary – Pete Cote
- Treasurer – Cheryl Dawes
- Director – Amber Pastoor
A big Thank You to retiring board members Mark Johns and Mark McAndrew for their many contributions to the community.
